I would give the place 5 stars for the quality and freshness ,but when I went in to order a dozen patties the lady and the counter kiss her teeth and said to her coworker "another one".. I wouldn't mind it normally but it made me feel that my business was unwanted. Guess I walked in at the wrong time. She informed me that it would be more convenient if I ordered off the app or website which I took as an educational plus.. Had to wait 30 min but it was worth it.

I’ve eaten at this Juici Patties location before and never had an issue. While my husband and I were ordering, I watched an employee sweep the floor with a broom and dustpan. She put the broom away, did not wash her hands, walked behind the counter, opened the patty warmer, and was about to handle my food. I immediately told my husband I didn’t want my order anymore. This wasn’t a small oversight, it seemed completely normal to her, which makes me wonder how often this happens. There is no excuse for handling food after touching cleaning equipment without washing your hands.

I purchased the 6 pack. 2 spicy beef, 2 mild beef and 2 curry chicken. The flavor was very good, well seasoned. The crust was nice and flakey with a good chew. The place was clean. Service was ok. 2 girls up front, one had her head and arms on the cash register as she was ready to nap. I was handed my order and thanked the girl, but she didn't even respond. its really a shame you can't find friendly help, especially when the food is good.

I ordered the special with coco bread and a beef Jamaican patty, no regrets. The patty was so flaky and warm. One of the best patties I’ve had, will definitely be back! Staff was so amazing too, knowing it was my first time, they were so patient and kind.

Juici Patties (Coral Springs, 8075 West Sample Road). Stores throughout SoFL. Brand-new Juici Patties on Sample Road, across from El Bodegon plaza. A month in, and the patty counter is already starring in its own Monty Python sketch. I showed up Sunday at 1:30. There’s a line, the staff are lovely — but the patty situation? Straight out of the Ministry of Silly Walks’ catering division. Me: “I’d like a spicy beef, please.” Clerk: “Sorry sir, the spicy beef is no more. It has ceased to be. Bereft of life, it rests in peace.” Me: “What about mild?” Clerk: “Alas, the mild has gone to meet its maker as well. But if you’d care to wait 20 minutes…” (Translation: five minutes later, fresh trays appear because no one expects the Spanish Inquisition.) Why no spicy beef? Probably because the filling is made in bulk at Juici’s central commissary in Miami. If they run out of the premixed spicy beef for the day, there’s no way to whip up a new batch onsite — it’s not like they’re grinding peppers and simmering beef in the back.
